Terms of service

We (Football Shirt Fixer / FSF) aim to complete restoration work to the standard where there is no residue or staining visible to the shirt without the need to cover the area where the previous item was. 
Although this is not always possible. Therefore you (the buyer) must be prepared for the eventuality that the shirt  could have marks from the previous item. We (FSF) will not be held liable for any marks from the previous item being present.

During the restoration process the shirt can end up with slight stretches to the material. This is often unavoidable and we (FSF) will not be held liable should any damage occur.

As shirts are worn and washed they become misshapen over time which means that replacement sponsor, nameset, patches may not cover the residue from the previous item, however FSF will do all we can to make the replacement item fit as closely as possible.

If there are bobbles and pulls present on the shirt these can become worse during the restoration process. FSF will not be held liable should this occur.

We will only replace sponsor, patches, namesets with ones we provide.

We (FSF) will wash your shirt during and after the restoration process in cold water and hung to dry. FSF will be not be held liable for any damage done to shirts that are not strong enough to survive multiple washes.

Once we (FSF) have completed the restoration work we will email you with pictures of the completed job and advise when your shirt will be shipped back to you.

In the unlikely event that damage is done to a shirt outside the area where the restoration is taking place - we will be held liable and will agree appropriate compensation with the customer depending on damage that occurs.

You (the buyer) will be provided with a copy of these Terms & Conditions via email prior to you sending the shirt. These Terms & Conditions must be signed and printed off and sent with your shirt.
If we receive a shirt without a signed and printed copy of the Terms & Conditions we will not proceed with any restoration work and will inform you of this and a refund (minus £5 admin fee and return postal cost) will be issued and your shirt will be returned to you with no restoration work having been done.
