Please reply to the email we send you with our Terms & Conditions regarding our shirt restoration service. Without a reply we cannot undertake any restoration work.
Parcel your shirt up securely and ship to the address we provide in the email.
Send your shirt via (UK) Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery service, (International) via a tracked and insured service.
Ensure you include your order details within the package so we know who has sent the shirt.
Once restoration work has been completed on your shirt we will ship it back to you via the shipping method you chose when ordering the service.
We endeavour to return your shirt within 7 working days.
